

Switch back to “MyFitnessPal” App and tap “X” to close the “Health App Setting”. Scroll to the bottom of the screen and make sure to turn on each of “Steps”, “Walking + Distance”, and “Workouts”.ħ. Tap MyFitnessPal as shown in the following screenshot:ħ. Go ahead and open the Health App and tap the sources tab at the bottom. Now it is time to tap “Apple Watch” again! However, this time, you’re going to tap on “Update Health App Permissions”.Īfter taping “Update Health App Permissions”, you’ll get the following screen asking you to open the Health App.Ħ. I’ve finally figured it on my own and I thought it might be helpful to post it to those who are facing the same issue. I've been searching for a solution for Activities not synchronizing with MyFitnessPal to no avail.
